Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Policy Overview:
Our return policy allows for returns within 3 days of purchase. After this time, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that there are specific circumstances in which only partial refunds will be granted:

– Books with visible signs of use
– Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
– Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
– Items returned more than 07 days after delivery

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect your return. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you are experiencing issues with receiving your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company before reaching out for assistance. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Refunds are only available for regular priced items, not sale items.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to: AAF01, Dragon Mart, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
